Welcome back. In this show, we're going to Broadway to talk about the haunted theaters there. Ryan Billings who is a theater major at Adelphi University is going to tell us about a few of these haunts. This is Ryan's 3rd time being on the show; starting to think that I'm going to have to start paying him somehow! It'll look good on his resume.
Ryan provided tonight's cocktail the Ozmopolitan, think the musical 'Wicked'. It's apple vodka, melon liqueur, lime, and lemon juice. Shaken over ice, strained into a cocktail glass. I added a bit of simple syrup to cut the tartness a bit and give it a bit of balance. Needless to say, it's very green. It's a sipping drink.
