There’s a misconception that Jesus opposed and replaced the Law by substituting it with grace.  People will often read Scriptures that seem to show Jesus’ disdain for the Law and those who uphold it (like honoring the Sabbath) and mistakenly assume that they understand what Jesus was doing, thinking He was separating Himself and His followers from the Law.  But that’s not the case.  Today we will briefly talk about how we, as New Testament believers, can see the value in the Law and how it applies to us today.
