This series is partnered with my children's cook book series, The 9 Lives of Charlie the Chicken Mushroom. An adventure series complete with kid friendly recipes. I believe healthy habits start young and encourage kids to gain nutrition through variety. Together we can learn more about our current food systems and collectively improve the health of our planet and our bodies, minds and spirits. It takes a village.
