For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. John 3:16 God loves us so much. He does not want any to perish. He wants us to know His love for us. His love is like none other. We could never understand it, but we have faith that God wants the best for us, His children. We must learn to trust Him in all things. When we begin to understand and experience the compassion, mercy, and sovereignty of our loving God, we will begin to understand His love and grace toward us. All God wants is for us to love Him with our whole heart, to trust Him, to follow His Word. When we do this, we will begin to understand the love of God, hear his still small voice as He gently guides us. God’s desire is that we will all see Him in Heaven. If you have never known God, repent of your sins, tell God: I am sorry for not living according to your Word. Help me to do what’s right. Forgive me of sins seen and unseen; known and unknown. I accept Christ as my Savior and believe that you died on the cross for my sin, that all sin would be forgiven and my life would be made whole. I thank you for loving me so much. Lord, I ask that you come into my life, clean my heart, my mind and my soul. Purify me and clean me up. Strengthen me and help me that I will walk in the way of your Word in scripture. Help me to be an example to others of your love, mercy and grace. I thank you and I praise you for all things. I pray all these things in the name of Jesus. Amen.
