1. A lack of research on the company
2. Not articulating a real reason for wanting the role beyond money or reputation of the organisation
3. Focusing purely on what they can get from the organisation rather than what they can do for them
4. Not having examples ready for all skills mentioned in the job description
5. Unstructured responses 
6. Not having a sensible question to ask at the end of the interview
