Isaiah Stanback is a former NFL player who starred at the University of Washington, was drafted by the Dallas Cowboys and went on to win a Super Bowl with the New York Giants in 2011. Since retiring from the NFL, Isaiah co-founded Steadfast Fitness & Performance, a personal training facility in Texas. He's also finding ways to help educate youth and student-athletes on leadership, inclusion and the importance of voting and civic engagement. We spoke with Isaiah about his NFL experience and the NFL Draft, his upcoming plans to address student-athletes at his alma mater about engaging in our democracy, and how he’s discovered the power of his platform to effect change.
