Help my boss is a narcissist! What is a narcissist? A Narcissist is a person who has a personality disorder. Some of the traits a narcissist will have are extreme ego. Lack of empathy, excessive need to be the center of attention. Some may think is individual is a strong leader but in actually they are a narcissist.  Amy and Brittney share their stories of working in a very toxic work environment with a narcissist as a boss.
