There are two kinds of desire. One is attuned to the ego, which is the false self while the other is inner consciousness desire where the present moment no matter what it looks like has all the answers and solutions you seek. Ego is embedded in the past or future. Here, one either sees the past as better than the present moment or as a future that promises a better situation which then has us longing for it. Question is, which one are you attuned to? Are you attuned to the present moment, that has all the miracles you seek, or are you convinced that your past or future is way better than now?
