Development Mindset and Spiritual Awakening
Guest: Simbarashe Rusike
Listen Now and learn more as Simba shares his definition of development mindset and his spiritual awakening with the Lord.
About Simba:
I was born in Zimbabwe and was privileged to come over to the United States for College 22 years ago. I studied Accounting and Finance at Seattle University. I am married to the love of my life with three kids. Two of them are college and my last born is 11 years old. I have worked in various Finance roles for the last 18 years. I was recently a CFO of an Insurtech company that was recently acquired
by a large financial institution. A couple of years we were spiritually awakened through a neighbor and through that process God put a vision and purpose
in my heart to go back and invest back in our people in Zimbabwe and Africa. God has given us a heart to pour back and love people in Africa. We have the heart to start a tech incubation lab that really equips young people with mentorship and identity and financial backing to build tech enabled businesses
that solve social and economic problems in Zimbabwe and Africa at scale. We want to build Kingdom businesses that will transform communities and bring prosperity to Africa.
