Today’s episode features Steve Thomas, a long-time Mary Foundation benefactor and the original inspiration behind Operation True Cross, our pilgrimage of reparation across America. He joined Operation True Cross, walking on the team with our founder, Bud Macfarlane, and sleeping in our modified cargo van, as they went from Washington DC, to Pittsburgh on this second leg of our pilgrimage to carry a relic of the true cross to trace a cruciform over America, ending at the Lourdes Grotto at Notre Dame, Indiana.
We’re also joined by Anthony Mencini, our Operations Manager here at the Mary Foundation, who was on the team for the walk from the Shrine of Our Lady of Good Help in northern Wisconsin to the Lourdes Grotto at Notre Dame.
