This weeks lesson 108 - To give and receive are one in truth is deemed a "quick advance" by the Christ Mind. "Think of the exercises for today as "quick advances" in your learning, made still faster and more sure each time you say "To give and receive are one in truth'. Shannon and Cate take the group through the theory of "what we give, we receive" and then, let everyone validate for themselves, that what they "give" .... quietness, peace of mind and gentleness.... is exactly what they receive within themselves, as they offer it. For anyone watching or listening back, please verify your experience after you have done the exercise. It has "special usefulness" as it can be so easily tried (doing the exercise) and seen as true .... noticing that you actually experience quietness, peace of mind and gentleness, after you offer (extend) it to everyone or particular people. If you really want to have peace, you need to offer it to everyone. This particular law of God's, shows us very clearly through the actual experience of it, that it works!
