Cate covers the third and final lesson of the Holy Spirit, “Be vigilant only for God and His Kingdom”. Jesus tells us in this section, “This lesson is a major step toward fundamental change.” It is a decision to be consistently vigilant against the ego and to allow the Holy Spirit to sort out the true from the false in our mind. “Choosing through the Holy Spirit will lead you to the Kingdom.” The meditation is based on Lesson 124, “Let me remember I am one with God.” Paragraphs 1 and 8 are read before the half hour of silence.
