Episode 8, recorded 13, 2017 includes a guest for the first time. In an experiment that produced mixed results, Mark and Jane welcome Tommy Ngo, support rep extraordinaire, to discuss his experiences with customers, and some of the new activities he undertaking.
On the positive side, Tommy has lots of insights and is very entertaining! Unfortunately, though, a different recording process was used for the interview, resulting in AM-radio sound quality.
