I am known as a Mental Health-focused Career Counsellor. I love what I do, and am driven by a really strong ‘why’. My why is to help all levels of professionals achieve, not just in their careers but also in their lives. I believe that those little investments we make in our career and the self-works we do outside of working hours (both academically and mentally) are what prepare us to progress on our career journey.
