Episode Synopsis "Design method of side core pulling mechanism of plastic bottle cap"

The plastic bottle cap adopts an oblique guide pillar core pulling mechanism to pull the core, using the mold opening action after forming to make the oblique guide pillar 18 and the slider 19 move relative to each other, and the slider moves in the mold opening direction under the action of the oblique guide pillar , One side moves sideways. Ouming 24 cavity cap machine help a lot. Among them, the movement in the lateral direction draws out the lateral core 15 of the mold. The following issues should be paid attention to when designing:(1) The side hole core on the bottle cap is set in two parts, which are respectively fixed on the left and right sliders, and a groove is designed on the end faces of the cores on both sides (as shown in the left view of Figure 5) to make the cores on both sides The end face of the plastic part is in good contact [[4] to ensure that the side hole of the plastic part is completely penetrated.(2) The slider should slide smoothly in the T-shaped guide chute of the fixed template without jamming, jumping, etc. The cooperation between the slider and the guide chute is H7/f7,(3) The slider limit device must be reliable to ensure that the slider cannot slide arbitrarily after the inclined guide post leaves. The mold slider is small, arranged on the left and right sides of the mold respectively. The spring steel ball positioning method is adopted, as shown in Figure 5, 14 and 15.(4) The function of the locking block is to lock the slider when the mold is injected to prevent the slider from retreating under the action of bulging force. Therefore, the locking block 20 must be able to withstand the injection pressure, the connection method must be reliable, and the structure of fixing the locking block on the fixed template with screws, as shown in FIG. 5.(5) After the slider completes the core pulling action, it should still stay in the T-shaped guide chute, and the length left in the guide chute should not be less than 3/4 of the total length of the slider. Otherwise, the slider is easy to tilt and damage the mold when it starts to reset.
