In a village in England there is a legend that has been shared since the 1700’s. For parents they took the legend as a warning for their children. That once the sun starts to set its time for children to come inside, because if they don’t then there is a cryptid that leaves her cave in search for a new child like victim. Now if she is able to grab a child during her hunt, it is said that they are never seen again. Also, it seems like as humans advanced over time, The Black Annis also had to adapt. So if you find yourself outside after dark just make sure you listen for her howling off in the distance, that means she's far away, but  if you hear teeth grinding close to you then be ready to run because that means she's close to you.
