According to Urs Rohner, Chairman of the Credit Suisse Group, problem-solving is the day job in leadership. Although designing the right strategy is an essential element, the execution side of leadership is about solving problems which will arise in every field, at every level and juncture.
He listed six key principles for his Cambridge Leadership Series audience of MBAs.
