Colossians 1:21-23 explains that we were all once alienated from God and have been now reconciled through Christ’s death. This reconciliation that God has brought about makes a Christian holy and blameless and empowers them to continue and to be established and firm in the faith. This passage emphasizes the importance of continuing in the gospel’s truth for all of our lives.
