Episode Synopsis

In this episode of the California Liberty Project podcast, I gave a broad overview of the current California primary & upcoming election. I discussed some of the notable races in the state, as well as trends and news stories that are affecting the primary on March 5: Newsom's worse-than-expected budget deficit, a new poll showing Newsom would lose a hypothetical presidential election to Donald Trump (by 10 points!), and a ballot initiative that could defang California's disastrous Prop. 47, which has been largely responsible for a huge increase in petty thefts, robberies, and public-menace crimes over the past several years in California.
