What`s up? we are diving in on toxicity and how to push behind the narrative of this behavior and be/do better. Let`s face it we all have toxic behavior and sometimes that`s a hard pill to swallow no one wants to address it or tell you on how your words or tone of voice effect someone. Especially in the Latin culture and community we DO NOT talk about as much as we should. It could on how we were raised saw or have been taught. The good thing is that we are capable of changing it and learn from. People will have the old version of you and that1s ok. You are allowed to grow and change your mind.
