Episode Synopsis
Hi friends! We want to give you all the warmest welcome back hug (virtually ofc.) We took a month long break as we tried to figure out a way to record separately. We are trying to do our part to keep ourselves and our families safe especially during this new covid spike. We are super excited to be back and doing what we love. This week we chose to talk about body positivity because it is very important that we love our bodies and treat them like our temple. We get deep into conversation about our personal struggles and we share some good information with you all as well. This episode is definitely educational but as you'll notice, we also laughed a lot and made it fun to listen to. Lastly, as i'm writing this (diana) i forgot to mention "thebodypositive.org" in this website you will find many resources to help you change your mindset into a positive direction about your body. Another very good resource to use is "dove.com/self-esteem-project" In this website you will find guides to help build your self-esteem. Their mission is to help build positive body confidence and self-esteem. We hope you find these resources/articles/activities very helpful (all resources are evidence based.)
