Episode Synopsis
It's Friday, and Dr. Tim and Dr. Johnny start the day breaking down what we've learned this week. It's been a busy week, not without a few surprises. We even agreed with CJ on something!
Then, the school to prison pipeline - from a cost perspective. Not only could we be saving money by funneling more money into our public schools, but we'd be saving the state money too! But that means investing in things like the trades for those people who maybe don't want to go to a 4-year college once they graduate.
Plus, the State of the Union was held last night. Tutoring is in, book bans are out. Tim and Johnny have mixed views on what the President had to say about education. In fact, Tim takes the president to task over his "learning loss" comments.
