It's Wednesday and we've got Teacher Hallie and Teacher Joanna from Educators Amplified with us! The past week has been intense, for all of us as Americans and especially in matters of education. As Teacher Joanna says, "we're in the stew" of emotions and stress here at the end of the school year. So we're taking some time to talk about regulation techniques: for our students, for our friends and loved ones, and most certainly for ourselves.
