Today Jared speaks with Jon Scheve of Superior Foods in Minnesota.  Superior Foods is a commodity and feed trading company, and they trade any commodity that you can think of!  They also put on grain marketing workshops and seminars about topics like using options and futures contracts.   In this interview with Jon they discuss the trucking market, how rates happen, how rates go up and down and how they are determined.  Jon and Jared also discuss setting goals on a price and then executing when that price happens.
