We talked with Vanessa Linscott, the President and Co-Owner of Staco Electric as well as a key member of WCOE Kansas City. Vanessa bought Staco with her husband Jeff and their business partner Jay Natzke in 2015 and have grown the business to over 180 employees. What we learned from Vanessa is that growth is all about the little things, from spending more time with family to unlimited vacation days to promoting health and fitness in the workplace. One of the most interesting things is that Vanessa's focus on doing what's right and healthy – along with being grounded – has led to a complete transformation of both her business and her personal life.
