The intention of this meditation is to bring you to a place of deep relaxation where you can ask yourself questions that you are seeking the answers to 
Too often in life we search outside of ourselves for answers because we lack trust in our own intuition. This meditation will allow you to reconnect with yourself, trust yourself & find the answers from within. 
Keep your journal nearby as you will be prompted to free write what you saw, heard or felt during your meditation. There is no right answer or right way to do this. The process is simply to surrender & trust what you feel, see or hear is what you need to know
