Affirmations Take a lot of time. which is a big problem in todays society. We live in a world that lives for immediate gratification. The constant scrolling on social media feeds. What we can type into or browser and feel satisfied a couple min later. 

This creates a emotional reaction and ultimately leads us to believe that if we haven't received anything from our actions immediately its not worth our time. its not worth our attention. and it must be a lie. 

But why affirmations don't work for you is because you haven't been doing it long enough for it to become a belief, or apart of you. You try it for a couple weeks maybe a few days and oops nothing happened must not work for me. 

So here's a way and a perspective that can help you believe your affirmations faster and more effectively.

1. Tell the world! but not really. Tell those who you are close to and those who are immediately around you. a spouse, friends, and family.
