If someone asked me to name the most important day of my life, It would be impossible for me to pick just one. The day I received the Holy Ghost.  The day I preached my first sermon.  The day I saw my future wife for the first time. WOW.   The day we got married.   The day our children were born. For me, all of those are incredible days.But here’s what I believe: The most important day of our life isn’t a past event! The most important day of our life is actually… Today! Life is short! What we do today matters.James said: Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away. (James 4:14)The most important day of your life is today. You are not guaranteed tomorrow.  That’s a sobering thought but, it should not depress us, it should actually motivate us to make today count. What you do today matters. The steps you take today will change your life forever. Your future is being written by the steps you take today.  I’ve met so many people with big dreams, with plans to do great things. But for whatever reason, they never took that first step. They put it off to another day. A day delayed turns into a week. A week delayed turns into a month. A month delayed turns into a year.
