Many times it’s not our spiritual enemy holding us back, it’s our own thinking.If you think you can’t, you most likely won’t. If you think you’ll never get better, you most likely won’t. If you think you’re going to fail, you most likely will.In 1 Chronicles 4:10, “Jabez called on God, saying, Oh that thou would bless me, and enlarge my coast”. We need to pray for God to enlarge our thinking so we can start believing God to use us in bigger ways. We need to start dreaming bigger dreams and start expecting more. That starts with us working on our mindset. A mindset is a mental attitude that determines how we interpret and respond to situations, it’s a set of beliefs that profoundly affects the way we live our lives. Research shows that our mindset plays a significant role in determining outcomes. By understanding, adapting and shifting our mindset, we can improve our mental health, and become more resilient to life’s challenges.
