'Breaking The Glass Ceiling’ is a new movement led by a core group of community representatives in collaboration with Southwark Council. As a collective we will be covering in depth topics related to Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic communities and the built environment. Through these topics we will talk about our lived experience whilst aiming to showcase a strong, positive representation of individuals from under represented communities who defy the status quo.
