Customer Service is definitely one of those jobs that people don't understand except if they have worked in it. Customer Service is a really important job for young people to have as they are taught public skills, interacting with different types of customers and you must be quick on your legs. All 3 of us worked in customer service and we share our thoughts on our experience.
