Cuff on bare skin, correct size (80% of upper arm).Wait 5 minutes pre-reading. Repeat if >5 mmHg difference.⚠️ Clinical Consequences:Misclassified HTN → overtreatment, hypotension, dizziness.Standardize BP checks in your clinic—“militant consistency” matters.
