"Love Thy Neighbor""The Bill Of Rights, The Preamble, The Constitution"  belong to Us All. Redistricting, Due Process, Access and Voting are Apart of Our Precise System of Government.Bill of Rights and Civil Rights are clearly defined actions that allows clarity of each part of government.  State and Federal Functions that clarifies Access and Due Process for each citizens and citizens who have the right to vote. ( An Example)  A citizen cannot be denied the right to vote if he or she cannot read.  Access and Due Process.  Where Do We Go From Here?
