The interpretation of the dream is that his kingdom will be restored if he acknowledges that God is sovereign over all kingdoms on earth. King Nebuchadnezzar was punished for his pridefulness and lost his mind, but was eventually restored to his throne when he acknowledged God's sovereignty. The fall of the king was caused by his pride, which is a difficult topic to talk about as it is often difficult to recognize in our own lives. Pride destroys everything and does not acknowledge God or the work of God in our lives.
