Todays episode we have a member of future flipper, Zasha Smith! Zasha Smith went to school in CA and knew she wanted a high paying job so she got into civil engineering. She worked as an engineer for 10 years before quitting to get into real estate full time. She wanted to spend more time with her family and was tired of being in the rat race. Zasha’s first flip was over $100,000 profit and soon after took the leap and quit her job. Today she is flipping houses, has 10 rentals, and is now getting into syndication.
