In this episode we have Jeremy Mateo from Hawaii. Jeremy’s real estate journey started at 19 years old but was not a start he expected.  Jeremy’s mom inspired him to get into real estate as he saw his mom have success as a realtor. Jeremy became a realtor while in college and did not take it serious at first. He was a DJ and also in a frat! Between 2017 and 2018, he sold 3 houses and was on the verge of quitting real estate.  He decided to stick with it and eventually had a breakout year. We discuss what it was like being a realtor during the pandemic and how he decided to get leads while everyone was forced to stay home. Shortly after Jeremy jumped into real estate investing when he realized he could flip houses without any of his own money.
