Even though second-choice options like the daughters of Aner, Eshkol, and Mamre were righteous, they originated from the Chamber of Exchanges and lacked the purity of lineage needed to anchor the entire nation. The miracle of Rivka’s birth ensured continuity rooted in holiness, allowing all future generations—even those who fall far—to find their way back.
