When was the last time you decided to grow? What are you growing towards? These are two questions posed by Steff Hodgson in this message about growing in wisdom. Based on Luke 2:28 in which Jesus grew in wisdom, stature, favour with God and favour with man, Steff makes the point that wisdom came first. In order for us to grow in other areas, we need wisdom. Wisdom is knowledge properly applied, therefore we need to make a conscious choice to apply wisdom. Like a trellis that provides a framework for a plant to grow upwards, we need to put a stake in the ground in order for us to grow in wisdom.
