She unpacks the idea that “Sometimes we follow people because we think they are going to show us the right way to go.” However, Ephesians 4:15 is used to convey that as Christians we must follow Christ. Titus 3:3-5 then shows us the difference of the journey of our lives prior to Christ. For there to be renewal we must look at every aspect of our lives and be wary of what we inhale and exhale.
