We all know how to love, but in Matthew 5:43-48, we're told about agape love: unconditional love, even for those who don't love us! In the eyes of God, our capacity for love is capped at the level at which we love the people we like the least. Many of us find loving others hard but, as Deb said, if you do not understand the value of what has been purchased, you will always be offended by the price that you are being asked to pay. To finish, Deb gave us 3 points:
Think: We're called to exercise wisdom and choose to love the unlovable.
Pray: We need God's help, so let's ask Him to help us in love.
Love: We need to choose love when we're tempted to do otherwise.
