Episode Synopsis "1.. moving a lot and dealing with culture shock "

In this first episode of Breathe I dive into what it has been like moving to a foreign country as a child and growing up in multiple different countries and then having to deal with culture shock multiple times. I talk about the positive and negatives of living in varies places and lastly just the importance of taking a moment to be grateful. (As this is my first episode I am still learning all that goes into podcasting and I’m hoping to grow and learn throughout this process)
