Bryce was a 6th grade public school teacher for 9 years. he and his wife decided to have kids, and he quickly realized I would need a source of income that didn’t have the low “ceiling” that teaching did   Through “House Hacking” they were able to create a side income that allowed his wife to walk away from her W-2 job, and then eventually allowed him to walk away from his teaching job.  Today, they own 38 units in Bethlehem, PA.   Bryce also wrote a book, House Hackers Guide to the Galaxy and you can find it on Amazon  https://www.amazon.com/House-Hackers-Guide-Galaxy-Millions-ebook/dp/B08R2ZX7LH
