Today we’re chatting with Trisha Gudka, a fellow breadwinning mum with two children. Trisha is a women’s empowerment and happiness coach at Blow Away the Clouds. She shared with us her mission to empower mums from all walks of life, explained quick techniques to help mums snap out of overwhelm, and courageously shared her personal story of being a survivor of child sex abuse and overcoming depression.
