The Minnesota Wild apparently quit on head coach Mike Yeo, and thus he was fired after the Boston game on Feb 13. Interim coach John Torchetti, who coached the AHL's Iowa Wild with significant improvements, now will try to do the same for the Minnesota Wild. So far, Torchetti has indeed lit a fire under the under-performing veterans, and youngsters alike!
