Episode Synopsis "Andrew McBride: Character Education, Effective Mentoring, Positive Psychology & Relational Learning"
Andrew McBride is Deputy Principal at Westlake Boys High School, a large and successful state school in Auckland, New Zealand. Prior to moving to New Zealand, Andrew taught in the UK, having completed Sport Science Degree at Durham University and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership at Northumbria University. Andrew’s current areas of interest are Character Education, Effective Mentoring, Positive Psychology and Relational Learning. Andrew is currently undertaking research projects for the International Boys’ School Coalition and the Association of Boys’ Schools New Zealand.
