Staying healthy includes exercising and diet, right?  The biggest grouse of all working women is that they have no time to exercise.  What with all the multi-tasking- cooking breakfast, getting the kids ready for school, packing in a full day at work, going out for dinner- where is the time to fit in a daily workout or even the occasional pilates, Zumba class?   Sure, they have a little downtime during the weekends, but how can they exercise when just the thought of putting on track pants and trainers tires them out?  But you know that?  That is simply no excuse.   NO matter how tight your schedule, exercise is something you have to make time for. the health of your career depends on it.
