In this episode I speak to Liv about freebirth and her journey from maiden to mother in the freebirth space herself (accidentally). What being a freebirth doula has taught Liv and what we need to unlearn as a society in the birth space. We speak on ways we can support woman whole heartedly in the postpartum period and its a beautiful conversation in which Liv holds full trust in the power of a womans body.
