Michael Ingui is the founder of Passive House Accelerator and a partner at Baxt Ingui Architects, a New York City based firm that specializes in high-end residential construction. He is actively involved in the Passive House community and has spoken at numerous national and international conferences. Michael places a strong emphasis on passive design and collaborative efforts, as evidenced by his willingness to open his homes during construction in order to teach architects, tradespeople, homeowners, and developers about integrating better building techniques.
