September 9, 1861 President Lincoln relieved Gen. John Fremont from his command.  He stated that his cardinal mistake was that he isolated himself and allowed nobody to see him and because of this he did not know what is going on in the very matter he is dealing with.  Tip #1 from President Abraham Lincoln ... "Get out of the office and circulate among the troops."  During a pandemic such as this, you may not be face to face with your troops, but it is critical to support those that need it and give positive reinforcement to those leading the charge.  We are in this together, we might as well CRUSH it!
