Cecilia Morrison celebrated her 80th birthday in July 2020!We met 10 years ago when I interviewed her following her breaking the world masters 5000m and 1500m track records for the over 70 year old age group!In this conversation Cecilia shares with us her transition from running to walking and her challenge to walk a section of the Camino de Santiago, where she raised over £5000 for Little People UKShe also shares with us how she came to be making mosaics and expressing herself creatively in this way... She now makes them on a commission basis too!
